The loft's location was perfect with spacious, sunny rooms, and big windows. Staff was incredibly attentive and helpful. The breakfast delivered to the room was delightful. The charming look and feel added to the overall experience.

I loved staying at this hotel in the heart of Palermo. Transport was easy, and it was close to many different coffee shops which were perfect for morning pick-me-ups. The hotel had fantastic facilities, and my room was always immaculately clean. The staff were really friendly and always on hand to help.

Hotel was clean and in a good location, close to shops and cafes

If you dislike running water this place is for you. We stayed here for 5 nights and we had no running water for a full day, and other days it was not working for hours at a time. Hot showers did not happen. Breakfast consisted of toast and croissants...had to special order eggs that came in a teacup.

Spacious room with a great location in a popular area, perfect for exploring. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist. We also enjoyed the amazing breakfast served in the room. I would recommend this hotel.

It was also very easy to find taxis in the area, which made getting around hassle-free. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any requests or questions I had. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a spa center and free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus. I had a fantastic time at this place and would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in a spacious apartment located in a beautiful, quiet and walkable neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. The owner was very welcoming and helpful with our needs, and the bed was very comfortable.

Some of the amenities were lacking proper maintenance, such as missing bed lights, damaged curtains, a gap between the floor of the rooms. we were disappointed to find that some of the towels had blood marks.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area near coffee shops and a metro station for easy access to other parts of the city. Rooms are spacious with extra amenities like tea and a tub in the bathroom. the staff is friendly and helpful with personalized service. Guests can enjoy a good breakfast in the comfort of their own room.

The whirlpool tub could use some updating.

We were not informed ahead of time about the additional taxes we had to pay upon arrival. It was frustrating to be asked for more money after already paying for the full night's stay.
